Ian and I started putting together small dinner parties to showcase some of our skills! Ian usually leads the way with the cooking, and I help with the rest :)
Musings and sketches to inspire. Changing the world one pixel at a time.
I spent some time today working on the chalkboard program for Jamie and Stephen's upcoming wedding. The bride requested some bees to represent her mother and they worked in perfectly with the bohemian-rustic theme.
This is a saw I customized for a friend's father. He has an antique restoration shop and regularly works with his hands!
This wrapping paper was hand drawn and printed custom for a French themed bridal shower. The bride-to-be was proposed to on a flight to Paris! How romantic is that?
I love making my own cards for any occasion, but for my friend Iris's birthday I got some new gold leaf pens and had some fun. These pens really shine (unlike sharpies that are kind of matte), and they are so fun to play around with. I have silver, gold and yellow gold and plan on getting the bronze.
It was so awesome to get a full page spread in Westchester Bride magazine. Flipping through and seeing our story was such a thrill. Thanks for featuring me :)
Spent a little time sketching during our stay at the chateau in Dordogne, France. It felt good to get my hands dirty again!
